Great fabric, fit, and flare.
No regrets!! Wide leg comfy pants with wide waistbands are really hard to find. I used to buy Gilligan & O'Malley fluidknit; these are quite possibly better. Slight flare above ankle makes for a very flattering fit. Soft fabric, no weird smells, runs a little large. I'm usually around a size 10 and bought a large ... will buy a medium next time I get a pair.

The fabric feels wonderful on my skin, smooth and slinky but it doesn't cling because it's very fine gauge terry. No drawstring, no pockets, just a sleek, clean look. I wear them to my office now. Comfortable all day long. Great for travel, too, because they are soft, smooth and not binding, yet the wide-leg line looks elegant and sophisticated on.
